Allow the OTI pan to cool before washing. Sudden cooling may cause thermal shock, leading to cracks. Wash with hot water and detergent, then rinse. For stubborn food residues, soak the pan before cleaning. Dry the pan before storage, and for prolonged storage periods, coat it with a thin layer of mineral oil or paraffin to prevent rust.
