Dior Red Apply to clean, dry lips. If they are dry, use a little balm first and wipe it off. Apply from the center to the corners, in a single layer. Wait 30–60 seconds for it to set. Do not apply anything over it. It lasts well all day and can be removed with a two-phase makeup remover or oil.
