Can I request a partial return for Cash on Delivery orders at my doorstep?
Unfortunately, we do not offer partial returns for Cash on Delivery orders. But after you have purchased the items at your doorstep, you still have the option to return any items that don't meet your expectations or needs.
How will returns be processed for orders paid with Cash on Delivery?
Refunds for orders paid with Cash on Delivery will be made via IBAN refund.
Please note that the Cash on Delivery fee of 2 EUR is non-refundable.

If you cancel the order before it’s shipped, it won’t be delivered. If you refuse the Cash on Delivery order at delivery, it will be returned to us. No refund will be necessary since you haven’t made any payment.
