How can I use the discount code?

Applying a code is optional and can be done on the basket page.

  1. Add the product to the basket.
  2. Go to basket.
  3. Navigate to the "Discount code" field right below the order summary.
  4. Type the code in this field and click on the "Apply" button.
    *Maximum 1 discount code can be used per order.

I cannot use my discount code/coupon.

Discount coupons/codes must be used in accordance with their terms of use.
• For discount codes, please ensure that the code is spelled correctly and that all order minimums/requirements are met.
• For coupons, you can view your account's coupons amounts, expiry dates and conditions in the My account> My discount coupons tab.
• Your discount coupon may be available for a certain spending amount. For example, if the lower limit of the discount coupon is €30, you can use it for a total order amount of at least €30.
• If you are unable to use the coupon or code despite meeting all the conditions, please submit your query using the ""Contact us"" button.

If I cancel/return a product I purchased, will the discount coupon/code I used be added back to my account?

• Discount codes are single use only.
• For the most up-to-date information on promotions and codes, please refer to our home page.
• Coupons added by Trendyol will be added back to your account following a cancellation/return process.
• The re-added coupon can be used until its validity period expires. You can access your account's coupon amounts, expiry dates and conditions in the My account > My discount coupons tab.

Can I add my discount coupon to my order later?

• Unfortunately, we cannot add coupons to orders that have already been placed. However, you may cancel your current order then place a new order using the coupon.

How can I view the discount coupon(s) assigned to my account?

• You can view your coupon details in the My account > My discount coupons tab.

How will my refund be affected if I used a discount code?

If you place an order using a code, the discount will be applied in proportion to the prices of the ordered items.
*Only the amount paid for the item will be refunded.
*Discount codes cannot be refunded. For the most up-to-date information on promotions and codes, please refer to our homepage.
